NYC is one of my favorite places to visit in the world. These images were taken from a trip I took (before living in nyc) over the 10th anniversary of 9/11. There was a mixture of loneliness, bravado, kindness, and sadness in the air, which only made my fall in love with the city all the more. The honesty of emotion and spirit in NYC is indomable.
